WORST SERVICE AND MECHANICS I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!

So to begin, I have a 2008 F150. Paid the service department to check over the entire truck before it ran out of warranty. Came back having no issues. 2 months later the engine had no oil pressure so I needed to get a new engine. Ford Canada good willed the engine and I paid the instal fee. After I got my truck back, the service was horrible. To begin, the interior of the truck was so dusty and dirty from the shop. The truck was never washed. None of my head lights or fog lights were reconnected. The impact wall where the rad connects to was never tightened down, thus if I got into an accident with the front of the truck it would have been serious. The coolant hoses were never tightened down and coolant went all over my engine compartment. The main electrical board that is on the passenger side engine compartment (three huge cables that run the whole truck) were never locked in place. If one would have came off the whole truck would have shut down on me. Now the newest thing, my shifter cable underneth the truck was not locked into place using the bracket that is there for it, and thus the cable has melted completely to teh point where I have no gears. FORD CANADA IS NOW INVOLVED AND I AM DEMANDING THAT THE TECHNITION AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT BE FINED FROM FORD CANADA FOR THE HORRIFIC SERVICE AND THAT MY MONEY i PAID FOR THE ENGINE SWAP BE PAID BACK TO ME. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP!!
