I am a compassionate registered clinical counsellor (RCC) and registered social worker (RSW), committed to empowering clients through life's challenges and fostering meaningful growth. Inspired by my journey with anxiety, I specialize in helping individuals navigate transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and self-esteem. My practice offers a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported and inspired to heal. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). With advanced training from UBC and EMDRIA-approved programs, I guide clients in processing emotional pain, building resilience, and achieving change. With over a decade of experience, including group therapy facilitation and work with Fraser Health, I have operated a private practice since 2018, dedicated to helping individuals create fulfilling lives.
