Hi, I'm Francisca, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC, CCC) who works with clients who deal with self-criticism, overthinking, low self-esteem, anxiety and self-confidence issues. I have 15 years of experience working with clients from all backgrounds and all ages. I offer online therapy and in-person in Langford, BC working from a Compassion Focused and Mindfulness approach. I also offer therapy in Spanish and I am a licensed psychologist in Chile.
