Slow work, terrible quality

I contracted this company to paint my house. 2 months after it was suppose to be finished they were only half done. The owner is a guy with very bad business ethics and personnel ethics as well. He charged me too much, the quality was terrible (drip marks, paint on brick, etc). He kept getting texts on his phone and the guys were joking about some woman he was screwing around with in Grimsby.
