Lousy carpet and lousier customer support

Bought a mid-grade carpet suggested by Lee-ann (sp?) from Praire Carpet Shoppe in Kindersley. Was over $5000 so thought it should last a few years. Within same year carpet started to ripple. Took months for them to come out and 're-stretch' carpet. The carpets rippled again quickly. Had Prairie Carpet Shoppe come out again. We noticed our furniture hadn't of been moved so what they did was cut our carpet and seam it. I can see the lines in the carpet that weren't there before. Lee-ann said that they don't do that. I guarantee you if you turned our carpet upside down you would see all the cut lines. Called them again a few months ago. Haven't even got a reply back. Will start Small Claims Action against them.
