Nicole has been a student, athlete and coach, work and play, throughout her life. Practicing yoga since 2000 as a part of her commitment to physical and emotional well-being began as an individual focus but has organically transitioned into her role as a teacher and studio owner. After approaching yoga as a way to be fit and flexible to prevent sporting injury, she’s learned the benefits of yoga in all of its forms as a way to rehabilitate after serious trauma. The practices she’s found within and beyond the poses have literally saved and extended lives, including hers, twice. As a registered instructor of both AIReal and traditional Yoga, she is happy to share the benefits and lessons of her experience with you! Nicole’s classes blend an anatomical focus with a wholistic approach to lifestyle, stress management and how we move our physical body through our world. Nicole combines Yoga Nidra and breath work with her sequencing to help deepen your practice. Your body is your partner and vessel; easing communication between mind and body is Nicole’s specialty! I have held my breath, I have closed my heart and my eyes, and I have been hurt; body, mind and soul. I have laughed, I have loved, and I have been healed immeasurably by love in return.
