The owners could care less about providing value
I would not recommend Direct buy of hamilton niagara. The owner just hires his family that don't do any work and they hire people at minimum wage in customer service that never get your order correct and have zero knowledge about any products. Plus DirectBuy Holdings Inc. the parent company was close to chapter 11 (Bankruptcy)early 2012 but re-financed debt to 2017. If you buy a membership now they are not likely to be around after 2017. Just google this information. I'm not making it up. However, I am sure the owners will somehow get this comment taken off this site.
