My husband and I relocated from Caledon to Guelph, with 1 cat, 3 German Shepherds and 2 young adult children. Finding a home that meet our particular needs was a challenge. I required communting to the GTA and my husband to Waterloo, while our kids attended university and college! My husband is also a former HVAC technician, and now works in management in a similar field. We both had very different perspectives of what our dream home would look like. Basically we are probably nightmare clients, yet Anita and Kristin (Who was sussed out by the realtor who listed our home for sale) patiently found homes that met our needs and patiently took us for viewings. We found our dream home, and would recommend these two for anyone needing that extra special touch and attention to detail. They understand that this is your HOME... your new space. They also had a number of contacts to help us transition into the community and maintained contact after we moved in - to ensure the fit was still great ... and it is! They made it easy to LOVE Guelph.
