Best Kennel Ever!
I would just like to say I was very impressed with our first visit to Diamond. We were very nervous to leave our big baby Thro at a kennel due to bad experiences in the past. The staff where very friendly and kind and took there time with our shy guy, they even let us come back with them to settle him in his room (which was very spacious and clean). By the time we came back he was so relaxed and happy to say good bye to the staff and get more pats and hugs. We will defiantly be going back and highly recommend Diamond to all dog owners.

Perfect kennel for any length of stay
My pup loves her visits to Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat. I usually get her the all day play package where she can play with other dogs all day so she's all tired out when we come to pick her up. She now has her own little group of doggie pals haha and as soon as we turn onto Leslie Road she knows that she gets to see them! I was very impressed with the groomers as well. The last groomer I went to cut her fur too short and made her nervous to get her nails cut. She's now a lot better with having her nails cut and the grooms are always perfect-- no complaints!
