Horrible
Absolute horrible learning materials and even worse customer service. I signed up for the estimating course and received a list of divisions and a DVD of someone reading this list out loud. Upon further investigation I found out that the courses are not accepted as part of Gold Seal credentials as they promised on the website. Asked for a refund and was refused because they said it was "sensitive" materials and I could re-sell it.
