Angry pregnant woman

We had this gentleman come out to our house, I told him at least twice possibly three times that I am pregnant, then specifically asked him if the products he was using was safe for pregnant women and he said and i quote "No, it is not safe for pregnant women, it is not even safe for me." I was kind of taken back, but my boyfriend had just pulled up so I went outside to talk to him and told him what he had told me. My boyfriend then walked into the bathroom of our house and stated that I had just told him that the products were unsafe for pregnant women. He said "No, they are not" my boyfriend then asked him "Well what are you doing in my house while she is here then?" The tub doctor then stated that "someone should have told him" (as i stated previously, I had told him multiple times and asked him straight out if they were safe for pregnant women, which is exactly what i said to him again) He then packed up his things and left, without saying much more except when he saw my landlord to whom he stated "this is ********* ridiculous" and sped off. In my opinion this was completely unprofessional, and beyond arrogant. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE I know. I wish I would have listened to everyone that told me that this guy is an arrogant prick and does not care about his professionalism because he is the only one in the Grande Prairie area who does this work (which I found is untrue) I just hope this little letter prompt the owner of this company to realize what he did was rude and maybe he will learn to deal with issues like this a little more professionally and with some cooth.
