The most amazing customer service
There's a girl in downtown Vancouver at the avis drop off next to the Fairmont hotel ,she was an absolute gem ! And deserves a promotion!!! I wish I knew her name .

Most disgusting service
I rented a Suburban by Avis. They gave me one with the 4x4 seized. I had to ride from Montreal to Toronto with this problem. When i had to take a turn it was horrible. They put my family in danger. I asked to be credited, first the customer service confirmed they would credit 1 day. I had agreed, only to no that management declined the credit. That is the most disgusting and unacceptable service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Avis. I will post it everywhere. This review should be read by management or they should fire all management.

sick kids foundation
I have recently found out the AvisBudget is a sponser for SickKids hospital in Toronto.As a person who was direcly helped by SickKids when I had childhood cancer and also have a nephew and two nieces that were helped at the hospital, l am extremely proud to work for Avis Budget in Toronto.l believe that with support from companies like ours it brings notice to the great work this hospital does.Thank you on behalf of myself and my family.

I would like you to be aware of a kind, considerate and helpful man who is an asset to your company, Mr. Mohammed Kadua #5782. My husband and I rented a car from Avis upon return of the vehicle we were struggling with 2 suitcases,2 carry-ons and a camera case, plus myself in a wheelchair. My husband was moving the luggage to get it to the elevator and then come back for me. Mohammed saw the difficulty and stepped up to assist us. He pushed me from the car drop off area to the Air Canada counter, then wished us a good morning (2:00 a.m.) and asked if we required him any longer. I thought that someone in your company should know how thoughtful, gracious and a great promoter for Avis sales Mr. Kadua is. Because of him we will use Avis first before your competitors.
