3303-97 St. Edmonton Store

On the 21st of June (2012) my wife and I drove up to Edmonton from Strathmore, to attend my mother-in-laws, 96th birthday party. As we pulled in to her residence, it became very apparant that there was some serious things happening under the hood of our old Chevy. Because of good service we had obtained a number of years ago, I dialed up Fountain Tire, and was hooked up to Warren Powell's store. After explaining that I was an out of towner with alternator problems, I was told to bring it right in and they would have a look. When I pulled in, the store looked very busy, so I was thinking in terms of a rental car for the week-end. But that turned out not to be the case. Within two hours, Don Norsworthy and the team had me back on the road. Not only were these guys very professional, but they were really friendly and made the anxiety of the situation go away. I would suggest that Mr. Powell, is a "Cracker Jack" Manager to have such a great staff in his store. CONGRATULATIONS!! Craig and Dianne Green
