For a minute i forgot what Christmas was about. However thank you Troy-Manager

On Christmas Eve, 2011, I walked into our favorite Walmart inside City Limits, to gather last minute gifts and then to buy our Christmas Groceries and our monthly groceries. so total came to 147.50, So after i realized i had over spent my budget as we all do, and i had to go into my savings account through Tele-phone banking, to transfer over some money, again i pushed in my card and made the final enter to my spending and was almost relieved knowing it would be an evening with the Planet of the Apes movie, snacks that night and a beautiful tasty entrounge of foods Christmas Day~ Only to find out my transaction came out as insuffient yet again only it was Due to some unknown reasons, on Walmarts Terminal or on my Banks end However, i called the Bank yet again and the Supervisor and Banking specialist were amazingly understanding and looked into things only to come back again and verify my purchase went through and even told me how much i spent. However our purchase came bank as insuffient etc, so with the till lights going out quickly, the store clerks over the intercom saying the store was now closed, and the little east indian manager impatiently walking back and forth saying, i dont care...my family is expecting me home by 7, which i might add, he said loudly enough several times to any employee who approached him and as he raced back and forth pretty much in circles, Which i understand..long days, long lists of issues to deal with, calls and of course his Christmas as well with his Family. I still never forgot..everyone..including me..just wanted to get home and be with our Families. Any How he was approached by another manager named Dana, who was lovly and very compassionate. She worked hard trying to get our money back or so we could get our groceries and be on our way. So i must say Thank you for being so Kind! After a few times of Dana approaching him over my "our problem", he had someone print off my list from the back computers and showed me...my purchase never went through and after an hour of standing there, by the washrooms nevertheless, i was on the Curtesy phone with my Banking Specialists and his manager, telling Dana that my purchase went through and to call some terminal to get verification of this. All but 12 people left, it was apparent, i was not getting my Groceries nor Christmas eve, Christmas breakfast or Christmas dinner because even though the Bank verified several times the purchase went through....Walmart was adiment it didnt. I left the store heart broken, knowing i could either put back the Christmas Presents to have our Groceries or keep the gifts and just have cereal and left overs. Well...anyways...my family being understanding as thier mother told them my ordeal, i had no choice but to wait till thursday to see any differance in my account, of that missing $140.75. It wasnt there, so i called the bank, and walmart, went to the bank then to walkmart, called the bank and then called walmart yet again..only for me to apologise for walking away from the manager who stated she was expecting me..uninterested and uncompassionate as she cut me off while i explained to her about walking out without 140$ and no groceries...as she gave me a 905 number to call, which i will add...SHE the same lady refused to shake mine and my sons hand..and was cold as ice to me. I just wanted her to put herself in my shoes as i needed to do before i approached the store...and reminded myself...Christmas was for family and Love and thats what i got from my kids. Even though...We couldnt have our groceries Christmas and with New years fast approaching, my Ham and other Groceries still sit at the Walmart...and my account still says 0.00. I have to be graitful..for alot of things...even this ordeal. It showed me..that it was the Year for Giving...and that my family did. I will eventually get back my money and i just have to realize i can have a super meal anytime. I have two wonderful boys and i have been blessed in many ways, and this can't wipe out the good times. So Thank you to Troy for listening to me and Thank you Pam at the Bank and to the ladies on the Phones at the 905# and Banking telephone Specialists. I do however hope Walmart, gives the next person the benefit of the doubt and lets the next family have thier food or toys for thier kids. If one thing they can give me...at least let it be that.
