I have dealt with this place twice now; both times were a disaster. I don't know what the problem with the "lady" running the counter is, but she acts like the most condescending, snotty person. She treated me like dirt when I had them check my fridge, to the tune of $275 no less, just to tell me it worked. When I phoned to look for a specific part number the next time, she was entirely unhelpful and rude. I can totally see why they have a large dog lounging around the store....it's probably for her protection. I don't know if she's the owner or if the real owner knows she acts so rude to people. Give this business a pass unless you enjoy being treated with contempt, and robbed blind in the process!
