Windsor Plywood, West End

(1) Disappointed with last purchase.

Always had good customer service & great products from Windsor Plywood West but not with my last purchase. Ordered 2 custom fit closet doors, priced at $600. Received the doors & they were the same pattern but two different style bi folds. Inquired & was told that I got one I ordered & the other had to be a bit different due to size. This was not explained, we wanted matching doors like most people would. They offered a discount to get another door that matches but won't refund the money for the door that we do not want. Very disappointed, they have lost a client.
