I'm an ordinary person with diverse real-world experience working with people from all walks of life-carpenters, doctors, teachers, first responders, parents, and more. My deep care for others has guided me through supporting individuals in life's toughest moments. Having engaged in my own therapeutic journey since my mid-twenties, I understand what it's like to be on the other side. I started as a Red Seal carpenter in 1985, later earning a master's in Pastoral Psychology and Counselling. After 20 years in pastoral ministry, I became a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in 2016. I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR for trauma, integrating faith and spirituality into mental well-being. I adhere to ethical standards and ongoing professional development through ACCT and ACTA. My approach helps individuals gain insight, heal, and create meaningful change.
