My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner potential. I am an emotionally focused therapist in Edmonton, Alberta and can provide services to all Albertans. I achieve this by providing a safe space, listening, using humour and drawing from a variety of therapies. I provide therapy services to help you heal and be your best self. I am trained and sensitive to working with people from different cultures. My main focus is counselling people who have experienced trauma in their lives.
