Description
CrossFit CX started out as little side business coaching runners. We started in an elementary school parking lot working with just a skipping rope and a bag of traction sand. We take a community based approach to fitness. With a focus on mobility and nutrition as much as strength. We also have a certified yoga instructor teaching classes for our members.
