1968 olds

It is pretty hard to stop the bleeding in a 45 year old car. Some times some people are never happy and it is not worth the time or money to please them enuff said. 13 years of Platinum best in service awards don't lie.

Very pleased

My truck had been to three different shops including the dealer and nobody could figure out the problem. My bills were up to $1100 but it still wasn't fixed my neighbour told me to try Ek transmission they had it diagnosed in an hour and the part cost $200 but most importantly it was fixed this time. The mechanic was very knowledgable I wish I would've gone there first. I highly recommend this shop

bad attitude and service

Went there to have tranny serviced (flush ,etc) and to correct small leak in pan gasket. Got it back and tranny leaking very bad. Took back and they said had a cross threaded connector on tranny . They said they never connected there for flush but at front end by trans. cooler . Those connections looked to have never had a wrench on them(verrified by another garage in Cranbrook) . EK said fittings were special and hard to find and would call when in . No word from them and when approached later said they had parts and called me???? but parts were gone now. Found an industrial supplier in Cranbrook and he had fittings on shelf and said they were common. Took to another garage with my new fittings and they fixed in 30 m1n. Ek told me 1-1.5 hrs to fix and I had to pay because it was not their fault .Tranny never leaked other than a few drops every 2-3 days before going to EK but leaked very badley after their maintenance - you may draw your own conclusions but I would stay away from this shop. Fitting removed by other garage was so badley damaged by cross threading and leaking so badley that had I gone any distance my tranny would be shot.
