We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
