She offers Therapy & Counselling Services to clients in Carleton Place, Ottawa, Perth, Smiths Falls, Stittsville, and Canada wide, virtually or in person. She is a Certified Traumatic Incident Reduction Facilitator and a Certified Life Stress Reduction Facilitator for individual adults, youth or children. She also offers Research based Couple's Therapy and has Gottman Level 2 Couple's Therapy Training, and is a Gottman Leader for couples groups. All approaches have been studied and shown efficacy.
