Chinook Eyecare is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 145-6455 Macleod Trail SW. Your Calgary eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Prevention and early detection are keys to maintaining healthy eyes, as some eye health issues have no immediate symptoms but can still cause damage if left untreated. That’s why regular check-ups are critical.

  • Dr. Rahim Rhemtulla

    Dr. Rahim Rhemtulla has been practicing Optometry since 2010. He is a member of the Alberta College Of Optometrists and Alberta Association Of Optometrists. Dr. Rhemtulla is passionate about the profession and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He also enjoys all aspects of patient care with emphasis on Ocular Disease, Pediatrics and Contact Lenses. He is dedicated to provide patients with the best possible comprehensive eye exams and enjoys the challenges that Optometry has to offer. He loves helping people and is excited to look after your visual needs. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching his favorite hockey team The Calgary Flames.

  • Dr. Kirstie Du

    Dr. Kirstie Du was born and raised in Calgary. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary before graduating with honours from the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She is a registered member of both the Alberta College and Association of Optometrists. Dr. Du enjoys all aspects of optometry - from primary care, to ocular health visits, to contact lens appointments. She believes the best part of her job is to be able to meet and work with patients from all age ranges and backgrounds. Her goal is to ensure all patients leave feeling confident that their eyes are well cared for! In her spare time, Dr. Du enjoys hiking, trying new food, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog!
