Mr
I took my Toro Trimmer to Brothers as they were a Toro Dealer. I decided to leave it there over the winter as I did not need it, but when I called to say I was coming to pick it up, they said they had already tossed it in the trash - they did not even think to call me. On the call, they made it sound like it was all my fault and will not replace it.
