Shop Forman
We have sold Battery Direct products for a number of years and were happy with the quality of products , level of service and customer care we received. I have been told that the Kelowna Branch is now under corparate control. I am only guessing that this is the reason for the now total lack of service and the I don't give a shit attitude of the staff. ( whoever answers the phone ) You are now our worst supplier and soon to be replaced. P.S. The only reason that I gave you a 1 star rating is that was the lowest choice. leaseforwad a copy of this email to David Blanchette- Territory Manager.
