Disappointed

I had the zippers replaced on my winter (leather) boots here. They had to remove some stitching to replace the zipper and the end result was a mess. The new stitching was either completely loose or crooked. In some places, you can see a thread sticking out and if you pull it, it completely comes undone! Since it is white thread on brown leather, it shows A LOT. Also, the zipper broke within a year. The original shoes' zippers lasted about 3 years. Not impressed. Will not go back.
