We left our apartment in a perfect condition. However, they charged us almost $300 for 'cleaning the apartment', including $40 for dusting off the blinds, $40 for fixing electrical fixtures (we didn't break any!), etc etc. Unfortunately, we moved to Toronto, so we can't dispute this. BTW, they refused to list the actual charges before we left (saying it won't be a lot). Another 'feature': to put both elevators on hold for few hours. Once my wife had to wait downstairs with a stroller for 40 minutes, trying to calm down our baby. The super on duty neither offered any help, nor apologized.
