Worst staff I've ever encountered

Lethbridge jersey city staff at Park place mall are ignorant and treat customers like second class citizens and or a pieces of sh#%. Had a hat to return from Christmas. Had no sticker when purchased. Would not return it without the sticker yet other hats of the exact same kind didn't have stickers either. I drove an hour to return the hat and encountered this.
