These guys have no clue. They expect a homeowner to make modifications to Cga/Csa approved gas equipment which is illegal and violates the approval. They cannot tell the difference between a water stain and a little caulking on a window frame . They put a fear into the potential buyer concerning poly b water lines,advising them the pipe is now out of production, and has had high failure rates which is totally untrue in western Canada and the USA. Poly b failures were primarily in the ea stern USA where chlorine levels were above the pipes ability to withstand. They fail to inform that there are thousands of homes in all of Canada and USA with no problems, the pipe will outlive the home in most cases.
