Pathetic!

THE single-most slimy collection of AMATEUR good-for-nothings I have had the misfortune to encounter. :( They have no clue what they are doing and on top of that, for the ineptitude, they stole an estimate fee from me! Also, the owner used my washroom without my permission and plugged it up! It took me hours to clean the floor after it spilled over - I was the one who should have charged these people for my time cleaning up and the damage to my hardwood!
