Dr. Melnik did not take advantage of the “ugly duckling” phase of my son’s teeth development. He advised us not to panic during this “ugly duckling” phase {do a Google search for your information}. Dr. Melnik kindly told us to wait until after this period so not to waste money on braces that are not necessary. I greatly appreciated that he does not overtreat patients in the name of greed..
