Kin With Conscience delivers personal training and active rehabilitation services to you. Whether you are a fit individual looking to level up and get in the best shape of your life, a former couch potato looking to get active again, or a person struggling with a chronic injury, our professional kinesiologists are here to help. We work with many working professionals to reach their health and wellness goals through exercise program design, injury treatments, nutrition consulting, and other techniques. Our current clients range from ages 12 to 90, and include athletes, business owners, teachers, nurses, lawyers, doctors, and retirees. Wherever you're at in your fitness journey and whatever your goals, our staff are here to help! All our staff carry at minimum a degree in kinesiology, making them professional coaches and experts in their field.
