I can help you navigate some of the stumbling blocks in that get in your way. You don’t have to do it on your own. I have a collaborative approach to therapy and believe that the individual is critical in planning the path forward. After all, it’s your future, and you’re the one who has to live your life and be happy with it. I can help you improve your relationships, and teach you how to find your happiness and have a sense of safety, purpose, meaning and fulfilment. You are not alone. I offer individual and couples sessions in person and virtually. I can be flexible with the type of session that best suits your circumstances.
