AWESOME QUALITY

I was very skeptical about getting a custom sofa made. Not only was I concerned about the price, but I was also worried about the quality of my product as today’s sofa market seems to be a large sea of Asian, low quality, low grade material, imported products. I asked a million and one questions in an attempt to ensure my due diligence in doing my part, as $2500 doesn’t simply grow on trees. What I found was that for every question I had, they had the answer. They remained open and transparent throughout the manufacturing process, even sending me periodic picture emails in order to establish the quality, showing me the materials they use such as the solid Canadian wood frames, Steel no sag springs, fabrics, etc. They also contacted me to come to the shop and give the go ahead before they closed the back of the sofa, in order to make sure it is exactly what I asked for. In addition, they do everything possible to source Canadian made materials and personally I think that is pretty admirable. Not only does this ensure they use top quality materials, but it also promotes local/domestic businesses and vendors. Pleasure to work with and will definitely be doing business again in the future.
