Would give zero stars if I could
This company tried to charge an elderly relative over $7,000 to refinish a worthless old dining set. An example of an attempted charge: $2,000 just to replace the cloth seat cushions on the four dining room chairs. I have the contracts to prove it. In Ontario, one can cancel in-home contracts within a 10-day "cooling off" period, yet when I attempted to do so, the salesman refused and threatened that The Master Craftsman would sue my relative. He claimed that my relative had waived her right to the cooling-off period by initialing a sticker on the front of the contracts. (For the record, you cannot waive your rights under this law even if you wish to do so.) Only when I made it clear that I would be perfectly willing to fight this in court did The Master Craftsman finally return my family's deposit money. This company is to be avoided at all costs.

Avoid at all costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My family had a terrible experience with these people, and so did many others.
