Fire safety is an important component to any residential building. The protection of tenants and employees is paramount in establishing a safe community. Canada has effectively 2 levels of Fire Code requirements. The National Fire Code governs and is adopted by provinces who choose not have a provincial Code. Provinces such as British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario have adopted the National Fire Code as a model Code for the Provincial model. In our proposal we will concentrate compliance with the Ontario Fire Code. In general, all residential buildings require Fire Safety Plans subject to the requirements of the Fire Code.
