Living Through It - Workplace Investigations and Mediation Services

Jenn Davidson is a former social worker with over 20 years of experience helping organizations improve working conditions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and social work and has worked in child welfare roles including intake, crisis response, and investigations. She also served as a care coordinator in disability support, assisting adults with disabilities. After a traumatic workplace event, Jenn pursued advanced studies at Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, and Queens IRC, shaping her focus on safe, supportive workplaces. She now conducts workplace investigations to reduce mental health risks, improve safety, lower absenteeism, and increase employee satisfaction.
