DO NOT USE GARY'S MOVING SERVICES

I moved with Gary's Moving Services over FOUR MONTHS ago. They broke my daughters BRAND new thousand dollar bed from Bombay. I have yet to receive any compensation, or even word from the owner. I have been playing phone tag with them for months. It wasn't until recently that I finally heard something. I called after waiting for nearly a MONTH for the owner to call me and the secretary told me she had a message for me and had been waiting for me to call back. Do they have the courtesy to call me? NOPE! She told me he was willing to pay 250$. What is that going to do. It certainly wont buy me a new bed, I have contacted Bombay and they told me unfortunately I cannot purchase pieces. My 16 year old daughter carried the head board up the stairs BY HER SELF and managed to keep it intact. Being a single mother I cannot afford to repurchase the bed spending ANOTHER 1000 dollars. I am extremely frustrated. After my daughter had a rough year I bought the bed as a birthday gift to her, only to have it broken two months later. So much for her dream room.
