I have lived and worked in various communities in Simcoe County for the last 20 years and I am honored to share my knowledge of the area with first time buyers, sellers and Second Home investors. With over 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction and redevelopment of properties, as well specialize in Resort & Second Home Multi-Res. Investment Properties. I look forward to using my knowledge and understanding to help clients find their perfect property. I have owned and operated 36 rental units as well several businesses, from a small construction & development company to sales and marketing. I also have 30yrs. or trade experience as a commercial electrician. This lead me to a career in project management and later, facilities management. I have been recognized for my business community spirit, by the Wasaga Beach Chamber of Commerce and received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for a redevelopment of a property into condominiums.
